Lenore DePagter, DO

Lenore DePagter, DO, joined Live Oak Health Partners in May 2012. Before filling this role, she was a clinic physician at the Texas State University Student Health Center and served as the chief medical officer. She has been an officer in the Tri-County Medical Society and is active in the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. DePagter is originally from the Rio Grande Valley. A recipient of the Tomas Rivera Scholarship for Latino Students, she attended Texas State University – San Marcos with the original intent to study music. After a family member was affected by coronary artery disease, she changed to a pre-medical emphasis and went on to finish an undergraduate degree in biology. Dr. DePagter has a medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Scott & White Memorial Hospital. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and their twin children.

Dr. DePagter cares for patients of all ages and speaks Spanish fluently.
